Our Covid 19 Cancellation Policy
Like most accommodations, EM Lodge requires a deposit to hold your reservation. However, if Eagle Mountain Lodge is required to close, or limit occupancy due to a Government of Newfoundland and Labrador Public Heath Order, all funds held as a deposit will be refunded. Book us with confidence!

Rates

Based on the Exclusive use of the Lodge

  • Month of February –
    • $3,600 per night for the Lodge plus $75 per person per night.
  • Month of March –
    • $4,250 per night for the Lodge plus $75 per person per night, for bookings which include weekends (Friday and/or Saturday Night).
    • $3,825 for bookings which do not include weekend nights.

    • Full Meal Package
    • Soft Drinks, Bottled Water, etc.

    • Starlink

Extras

  • Guiding Service at $250 per day. Guiding includes the transport of Luggage both ways.
    • Gas is Extra @ $10 per can
    • HST Extra.
  • Luggage
    • $275 to and from camp. (if no guiding services are required).
  • Snowmobiles
    • Can be arranged through a third party.
